Giving Opportunities
Our families often ask about ways to say “thank you” to the staff who made a difference while a loved one was receiving Delaware Hospice services. Our Grateful Families Program helps you express your appreciation and commemorate the special care your loved one received. Participating in our Grateful Families Program allows you to express your gratitude towards outstanding Delaware Hospice, Delaware Palliative, Katybug or New Hope staff members or teams who provided care to your loved one. Your message and/or donation honors their commitment and inspires our staff.
Celebrate a life or honor a memory with a custom-engraved brick at the Delaware Hospice Center’s Memorial Walkway – a place of quiet reflection and lasting tribute. The commemorative 4″ x 8″ red brick is $150 and can accommodate up to three lines of engraved text, with up to 21 characters per line. New bricks are added to the Pathway of Memories at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford in the spring and the fall, and are dedicated at a special event each spring. You are welcome to visit the Pathway of Memories at any time, but for the safety of the wildlife, we ask that no items be left in the garden during your visit.
